Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel is centrally located in downtown Portland, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are very clean and spacious, but there was some noise in the morning. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining options were a bit limited, but the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel is conveniently located downtown, central to everything you need in Portland. The rooms are fairly sized and very quiet, with a spacious bathroom featuring a separate bath tub and shower. The service is excellent, especially from valet guy Ali, and the staff is super friendly, always ready to greet you with a smile. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything, making it easy to explore the City of Roses without needing to rent a car. However, dining options can be limited, perhaps due to current circumstances.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, attractive, and featured original art by local artists, making the stay lovely with a very comfortable bed. The decent-sized room was very clean and had great amenities like an excellent in-room coffee maker, Nespresso.
The hotel has a great location close to shopping and restaurants, with wonderful service and a lackluster dining experience. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned but generally fine.
Being on the 18th floor with a view was a highlight, despite the rooms feeling a bit dark during our stay. The hotel staff was helpful with luggage and car service, but the cafe service was super slow. The location, perfect in downtown Portland, was a plus being close to the max light rail station, but the dining experience was lackluster with no daily housekeeping service available. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean, but not particularly memorable.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were not only clean and spacious but also featured original art by local artists, providing a unique touch to the decor. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and welcoming, even to our furry friends. The central location made exploring the city a breeze, and the rooftop views were just delightful. While the dining experience was a bit lackluster, the overall value for money was great.
Arriving at night, the room was a bit warm but overall clean and surprisingly spacious. The service, especially from Audrey and Leo, was exceptional, making the stay very pleasant. The location was fantastic, being central to all the attractions in Downtown. The dining options were a bit lacking, but the facilities were satisfactory.
